yeah they make sounds. they snort and make the same sound this little guy made. they also make a very strange sound but i cant explain what it sounds like. all animals make noise and have a certain call just like dogs bark or birds chirp. sometimes they are just super timid quiet types and nobody hears it because its just natural for an animal to not give away its position so its not killed by the predator.
