Did Jack give some lore on how Anti works? We’ve always agreed he was a virus but it was never clear what kind; computer, sickness, etc. In the Observer scene, the main guy connects a wire to the victim’s brain and is able to see through his eyes. What if Anti is able to “connect” to someone else’s mind and control them? We took the puppet master idea metaphorically, as in “he’s turning us against the other egos by confusing us” but what if we were meant to take it literally? He isn’t using mind games, he’s physically controlling Henrik and the others

I’ve always been on the Anti hype train but this Anti character is only getting more and more interesting with all the people in JSE community (including Jack) having fun with this alter-ego idea. I hope I can see more of him, and I’m sure that Pax surprise wouldn’t be the last of him ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

imagine we make contact with an alien species that’s like, vastly technologically superior, they could fucking kill us in a single shot if they really wanted to
and this species has never eaten salad before. and we show them salad and they eat it and they’re like holy living fuck this is tasty. and suddenly they’re offering us huge houses with all kind of advanced technological shit and incredible medical care and all the amenities and everything, with the only condition that we keep making salad for them.
and like, salad isn’t even hard to make. grab some plants, dump em in a bowl. it doesn’t have to be fancy salad, they’ll fall all over themselves for the most mediocre salad in the world. we can make so much salad that we’re practically drowning in it, even if we eat some of the salad ourselves. and in exchange we’re protected from danger, we have great living conditions, it’s basically paradise compared to life on earth

I don’t think ppl realize that the oldest “millenials” are like 30+ now. We know what vhs tapes and CDs are. If you mean teenagers, say teenagers.
im 21 and grew up with vhs and cds. literally you’d have to be under 18 to not know about them.
And even then, most kids under 18 know what they are because they typically had a VCR kickin around to watch disney or old movies on.
most ppl used their VHS/VCR until around 2005-2007 so you literally have to be 15ish and under to have never used one and 10ish and under to have never seen/heard of one.

In some countries people it’s more like you’d have to be 10 or under to not know what a VCR and VHS is
Not knowing what a CD is is just weird, but then again, we call any disk a CD . So it’s like “pass me the CD.*points to DVD movie*”
I hit my knee against a table and it hurt like hell, but I was in a hurry so I just rubbed it off you know. While I was on my way to the beach, everyone was looking at me *btw I was panicking cause I thought I had something on my face* When I got to the beach where my friend was waiting for me, she told me my knee was bleeding *I was actually pleased it was that and not that I had something on my face lol*
Isn’t horrible when you hit your hip with the table? Or Oh, the pinky toe. That is a suffering which I don’t wish upon ANYONE.
I just can’t believe that I DIDN’T NOTICE, and then it got me thinking, how humans can ignore pain. Like it must be a survival trait we developed through our existence to survive in extreme cases.
Just imagine aliens being like HOW THE HELL DID YOU NOT NOTICE YOU WERE BLEEDING!? and I can’t stop laughing.
Or worse, imagine they could feel your pain in a more intense way since some of us if not most have developed to feel less pain.

He felt it. The sharp pain lanced through his head and colorful spots flashed in front of his four eyes. The pain spread through his body, feeling a wave of agony. Then he saw the Human.
She was biting her lips, making it look she was trying to keep a cry out. Taking a closer look, she had a nasty cut on her ankle. She shrugged it off and continued to shuffle past the crew. Terric would think she would head to the medical room, but instead she was heading the opposite direction. -She would have to take care of it before it was too late that they would have to cut it off…or even worse..that she could die- *he thought*
“Human-Sasha!”
“Yes, Terr?” she answered him.
“Why aren’t you heading to get medical attention?” he said concerned for her.
Human-Sasha looked very confused, as if she had no idea what Terric meant. She had to know, right?
“You’re bleeding!” he cried out. Scared for her survival.
“Oh shit, I didn’t notice.” she mumbled, looking at her ankle.
“You didn’t notice..? But didn’t it hurt?”
“Oh it did. But I guess..how would you say it….we humans can ignore pain in some cases if our mind is somewhere else.”
“I wasn’t aware humans had superpowers…” he said in a very serious manner.
Human-Sarah ‘laughed’ out loud, making it look she was choking. Terric would never understand how that could show amusement in their kind.
“No”-she blurted out while laughing- “I assume humans have developed over the years to withhold pain in extreme cases, to guarantee our survival.”
Terric was horrified. He would have to update the human manual.
