I got some advice from an old store manager that has always stuck with me. He said:

“A true mark of a leader is shown by what happens when you AREN’T around”

While Jack doesn’t particularly like being seen as leader, what I’ve seen since he said he was taking a break from tumblr is a testament of his influence. Everyone is still being friendly, kind and supportive. Fan art, edits, gifs, theories and fics are still flowing through dashes which is so nice to see. You should be proud of yourselves, JSE community, you’re continuing to be what Jack would want to see in others
