From what I’ve seen, and from what I myself believe, he’s Chase’s older brother. There had been a similar picture that Jack had posted on Instagram months back with the caption, “Sup! I’m Chad, I’m in a band and I play Bass!”. As I see it, Chad, Chase, and Clint are all siblings – Chase being the youngest and the child-at-heart one while Clint is the eldest and the cool, chill one, with Chad being the middle child who’s a mix of his two brothers’ personalities.
