It would take much more than this to make me quit or stop. It has saddened me this year though to see so many things get worse and decline. I’m a huge lover of this platform and it sucks to see genuineness and sincerity get lost in the mix because everyone’s trying to figure out an algorithm and how best to get their videos out on top. The current youtube climate is the worst it’s been since I’ve started making videos, not only because of endless demonetisation and copyright claims but just the people on the site in general. Even some of the top creators I used to look up to and highly respect have fallen off the wagon in favour of “gaming the system”. It’s sad. 

I will always try and adapt with the platform and move forward/evolve but I hope gaming doesn’t decline even further. So many gamers on YT have stopped doing let’s plays because it’s not worth it anymore.

This all sounds very melodramatic, I’m still having a blast making videos and lately I’ve fallen into a REALLY good groove with it. Shame we’re always getting push back from YT itself getting in the way of the creativity
