ok but imagine dark accidentally calling wilford “william” tho

it happens during a meeting and wilford is ranting on about something stupid

ed edgar doesn’t agree and starts yelling, wilford yells even louder and other egos join in too

dark gets mad and slowly rises from his seat, causing the other egos to go dead quiet

he says wilford’s name a few times but wilford just doesn’t stop talking

he does notice dark, of course, he always does, but he’s too caught up in the moment

at one point dark snaps and loudly yells WILLIAM while slamming his fist on the table

wilford flinches and dark freezes, realizing what he’s done, way too late

imagine dark carefully saying wilford’s name, right before wilford rushes out of the room

imagine dark finding him after the meeting, sitting on the floor in his room, clutching damien’s cane to his chest and quietly saying his dead friend’s name over and over again
