She’s self assured, in charge, and isn’t one to deal with other’s shit.  She puts her foot down when needed, and knows how to run things, and tells people what to do because she knows she knows more them.

She doesn’t have patience for idiots who won’t listen.  She gets things done.

Now, am I talking about Kathryn or Celine here?
