Had an idea for an Anti x reader. Anti develops a bad fever and sore throat and ends up spending the day in bed. The reader comes into his room to give him some medicine and finds him sleeping. They notice just how….innocent he looks while sleeping, how vulnerable. How different he looks from when he’s awake. A stark contrast to the man who’s so angry with the world and who seeks attention so desperately. It hits them just how broken he really is. He starts having a nightmare while the reader stares at him and they see his expression change to child-like fear. The kind of terror that breaks your heart to see. That makes you want to shield him from the horrors of the world. He wakes up, practically in tears from whatever the nightmare was and gets when he sees the reader, upset that they saw him so vulnerable. But the reader is understanding and offers him comfort. He resists at first but eventually grudgingly accepts. And he soon realizes just how much he really did need a shoulder to cry on.
