Anti killed Chase’s kids but because they’re children he didn’t have to change his form too much, meaning he looked nearly identical to Jack.
When an image of the killer is released, Chase understandably wants to hunt the Irishman down.Anti uses his drive for misplaced revenge, disguising himself and telling Chase he’s a friend and saying he can help him give him the power to really make Jack suffer. Chase agrees, blinded by his hatred for Jack, not realising he’s walking straight into Anti’s hands.
Anti is delighted! He’s got Schneeplestein and now Chase. Having both Chase and Schneeplestein as his willing puppets means getting Jackieboy Man and Marvin would be easy.
Chase could trick Marvin into performing a magic show for his non existent kids and set an ambush.
Schneeplestein could easily bring down Jackieboy Man with the new knowledge he gained from Anti
