A very unimportant Schneeplestein theory

He’s not
completely German!
Jack pronounces his name like “shneeeple-shteeen”, but the last part
of his name, “stein”, which means stone, brick or rock by the way, is pronounced
“sht-aah-eeee-n” in German.
So maybe he might have some other influences or origins.

I talked
about this on the ASG Discord server and Falling Petals said that when he
talks, sometimes a little bit of a French accent comes out, which might be
because he studied medicine in France.

BUT it could
also fit into the lore that he’s in fact the French artist Passpartout, who
just wanted to paint and draw for a living when he was young, but was forced to
become a doctor by his parents. I think he even mentioned that in one of the
Passpartout videos, the “French accent mixed with some German” (but I’m not 100% sure
about that. I have a memory like a sieve :D).

YES!! That’s exactly what I thought! Schneeple’s accent is the kind of accent which is mixed between French and German! 😀
