I finally saw the Venom movie, and after reading through The Hunger mini-series and reading about the ongoing comic, I’ve fallen into a symbiote rabbit hole! Even more than I already had.

I’d like to read the comics, but I’m not sure where, exactly, to start or what I can skip; as much as I hate missing parts of canon, that whole Chunk where the symbiote was just a complete ass to Eddie doesn’t sound like something I could easily handle. I’m also most interested in the way the symbiote interacts with his hosts, comics focused on interpersonal drama rather than solely monster of the week fare, although…I’m willing to try most anything, haha.

If anyone has recommendations on either of those fronts, or a guide/reclist of Venom comics to read, I’d appreciate it if you let me know! PMs, Asks, Fanmail, anything’s fine with me!
