I love Seán and Signe both immensely and my heart aches knowing they’ve been dealing with that hurt over the last couple of months, but so I’m proud of their maturity in handling all of this. I really hope everyone will respect their privacy and allow them to move on without harassing them further. Breakups are hard enough without thousands of people demanding answers, spreading rumors, and acting entitled to know every detail of your personal pain. Sometimes people are just moving in different directions and that’s all that needs to be said – it doesn’t need to be anyone’s fault.

Thank you for sharing so many of your happy moments with us, you two. I know it couldn’t have been easy to deal with the constant attention, both good and bad, and you handled it all very gracefully. I wish you nothing but the best moving forward. Sending love and support to you both.
