Sam is a clever little eye. Although he mostly communicates in squeaks and gratuitous displays of affection, he recognizes Jack and the Egos as his “family” and as such has sounds for them that are recognizable as their names.
When referring to Jackie, he’ll often mimic the thwip sounds of the hero’s slime threads. When talking about Marvin, it’s a cat’s meow. Schneeplestein is the steady beat of an EKG machine while Chase is the comical pew pew of a toy gun. Jameson is the ticking of a clock.
And of course, whenever he sees Jack, he makes the high five sound.
