Why does my brain switch ‘mayor’ to ‘murderer’ whenever I read ‘Damien the Mayor’?

I mean technically Mark is in Damiens body and technically the events he started in WKM did kill many many people (Celine, Damien, and the people Wil killed after he goes insane).

The one who technically killed Mark, injured The Detective very bady, and killed D.A.
The one who technically is now a mad man, and slept with the other’s wife 2 more times, who knows. Maybe missed Celine so much he needed a replacement…

Well i mean technically it’s all Celine’s fault.
Don’t get me wrong: I’m gay for her, but she’s technically the reason WKM happened.
She left Mark for Wil.
She used Wil to get money from Wil.
When she left Mark, he tried to kill himself several times.
If she hadn’t left Mark, WKM wouldn’t have happened.
If she hadn’t left Mark, Wil and Mark wouldn’t have tried to make amends.
She persuaded the DA to let them in, creating Dark.
And if she hadn’t dine that, Wil wouldn’t have thought the DA and the others lived. He would’ve been sane.
So technically…
THIS IS ALL HER FAULT.
Maybe this is why we shouldn’t have trusted the seer.
WE DON’T KNOW THAT SHE USED WILL TO GET MONEY! MAYBE IT WAS TRUE LOVE!
You cannot say that Mark’s actions were her fault! People have a right to leave when a relationship makes them unhappy, and what happens after cannot be controlled by them!
THIRDLY, Damien also persueded the DA to let them in!

If you’re not happy in a relationship, you end it. Through divorce or just ending it. However Celine never bothered to tell Mark. She ran away with Wil without any notice. If she had told him, Mark maybe could’ve understood what was happening, but instead she was gone. She was everything to him.
Second: Wil must’ve taken a decent load of money since Abe made such a big deal out it. Now im only 17 and I’m clueless as shit, but I’m pretty sure that doing the nasty doesn’t cost a small fortune. Mark had to be rich since he owned a huge manor and had a whole staff to do everything for him. So why did Wil need so much money?
Third: Celine and Damien were in the upside down for a while before the DA was shot. Several hours perhaps. That’s enough time for Damien to be persuaded by Celine and/or the house to be let in.
Honestly? Celine was always the least trustworthy. She wasn’t even there for most of it- trying to avoid what she knew she would cause?
Think of it the way I am, from the DA’s perspective. Your host has been murdered, one of your closest friends is on edge with everyone else in the house, and someone else your friend knows just shows up, acting like they know what’s going on and what exactly to do! You’ve been pushed around into multiple situations, intimidated, even accused for the murder– but you trust her anyway! You end up getting killed, then trapped in a mirror (most likely) for giving her your body!
And that’s not even taking into account the backstory, which it’s likely you/the DA didn’t even know! Looking solely from the Point of View, the DA, Celine is absolutely the villain.
