Call for Arrest

I’m speaking today on a matter that’s related to net neutrality, yet different.

Less than an hour ago, my group came across a post on @vaneloslash , one that all of you should read…and watch the video very closely.  You can find the blog post here, which by the way I strongly suggest gets spread.

For the past few days, while gathering names, I have also been looking for evidence of criminal activity…which I have now found.

According to this excerpt of a video from The Humanist Report, found here, FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel came forward with accusations of the FCC, and most notably Ajit Pai, withholding evidence of fraud.  She also stated that the FCC and Pai have no intention, and never did, of cooperating with the AG Eric Schneiderman’s office.  They also refuse to look into the fake comments, including the ones that come from Russia and the deceased.

We hereby call for the arrest of Ajit Pai on the following charges:

Copyright Infringement (Baauer and the Star Wars Franchise)
Identity Theft
Mass Fraud
Obstruction of Justice

Yes, Copyright Infringement can be tried in criminal court, there is legal precedence for it.

We will be starting up a petition shortly related to this call for Pai’s arrest, but there is plenty all of you can do to help.

When you call the AGs to have them join in the multi-state lawsuit, also have them support the call for Ajit Pai’s arrest.

Call your representatives as well and inform them of these facts, urge or demand them to support the call to have Pai arrested.

Also, call the local FBI in your state and urge them to investigate the matter and have Ajit Pai arrested on these charges.

This is our chance.  Let’s take it.
