Anti hates being alone, this is a nightmare!

reverseblackholeofwords:

Ever since he lost contact with the Host, the world has gone sideways. Anti can’t find anyone in the building, and the entire place seems to leech the warmth from him bit by bit. He goes back to the Google’s floor just to feel close to something familiar when he notices the little triangle floating in the air. He reaches towards it only to have his hand go straight through it.

Finally he crawls into his fort, tattered and riddled with holes here, and hugs a pillow to his chest. As much as he was hoping that it would, the pillow doesn’t smell like home, and he feels so far away from it that tears start to spring up in his eyes.

He tries to glitch back, but it won’t work. He’s stuck here, alone.

Anti buries his face in the pillow and cries and cries until a sound catches his attention. It’s Ollie’s voice somewhere outside the fort. “Ollie! Ollie, is that you?”

He crawls out as quickly as he can manage, but he can’t see Oliver anywhere. He’s about to lose hope again when he notices the triangle again. It’s bigger now, and Ollie’s voice seems to come from it.

“Anti! Where are you? What happened?”

Anti looks around, still clutching the pillow to his chest. “I don’t know!” He starts to shake again and hyperventilate. “Ollie, ‘m all alone. Y-ya gotta find me!”

The Host’s voice comes through next. “Anti, can you describe where you are? Look around, and tell me what you see.”

Anti nods and glances around. “It’s-it’s the office, but everything is all torn up. And it’s dark here. It doesn’t look like anyone’s been here for years. There’s dust everywhere, and,” Anti goes quiet for a moment as movement catches his eye.

“Anti?” Ollie calls, his voice wavering with worry, “Are you still there?”

“Y-yeah,” Anti says slowly, staring into the shadows. “Only, I don’t think ‘m the only one…”
