Pumpkin Carving Video – Spoilers

Well

We can’t say we’re not surprised. But we can say we’re delightfully intrigued.

Or I can anyways.

I thought Sean did a really good job on his black and white persona! I’d love to take some time and flesh ol’ Dapper out. I did a black and white video for a milk commercial back when I was in college. They’re not easy!

But that’s not what we all want to focus on is it? Nooooo it’s that sneaky Glitch bitch back again. I just shook my head when the screen started tweaking out. Like really Anti? You couldn’t let the new guy have his spotlight go untouched just cause it’s Halloween?

Before making this post I read a small theory. The person who wrote it pointed out that Anti drew a line across his throat, displaying to us that there’s no cut. The theory suggested Anti was taunting us since he can hide his telltale throat slice.

I’d like to add to that by saying, what if it’s more than that? He took over Sean through a progression of videos last year until the big reveal. This year he took over Schneep in what I think was a shorter time frame. Now here we have a new guy that we didn’t know existed until the weekend prior. In a matter of days, Anti slipped in.

It can be argued that Dapper is just Sean placed in an older time frame, and Anti is just there as he always has been. But Sean himself in his Septic Art video said that he’d like to see that character fleshed out. Meaning that portrayal is meant to be separate from himself.

Now this begs new questions.

Was Anti able to take over Dapper because he’s new? Or because this year he’s gathered far more strength that we’ve granted to him?
