Humans are Weird

So you know how the majority of us humans LOVE to talk? Like it’s not really about that we love the sound of our own voice, it’s more that we have something to say and we just have to spit it out right now. 

In doing this a lot of us trip over words and blend them together so not even us can tell what we just said. 

Other times we just simply forget what the word for something is and make up words for it. Example, 

*most likely shouting up the stairs*  

You: MOM, WHERE DID THE THINGY GO?

Your mom: What thing.

Y: YOU KNOW THE THINGY MA BOBBER THAT YOU USE TO MAKE IT WORK.

YM: make what work?

Y: THE MAGIC BOX THING.

YM: ….The tv?

Y: YES THATS IT. WHERES THE THING THAT MAKES IT GO.

YM: oh, the remote? Its on the counter. 

Y: THANKS.

I feel like aliens would be so annoyed by this. Like, if you can’t remember all these words then why have them?! And I feel like they would absolutely hate it when we cant pronounce our own words.
