Can you imagine?

Someone asks them what it was like before the war, they get a flash of their family before the war– they pull a smirk. “Well, the grass was greener and the food tasted better, but Boston smells about the same.”

Walking along an overpass during ‘rush-hour’ and their companion comments they don’t like being up there? “You should have seen it when the cars moved. Amazingly, this is safer.”

Fighting off Mirelurks? “I never did like seafood…”

Fighting Deathclaws? “We talked about getting a pet lizard, once. I’m starting to think the deep-seated dislike of that idea was some sort of omen.”
